You can take responsibility of your own actions. You have the option to be concerned about your health and fitness or have a nonchalent attitude about it. If you put in effort in responsibilty for your health and fitness then the outcome would be positive. Taking more responsibility for your health and fitness is very important so you should work out on daily basis and have a set plan also keep checking up on your health.

What is the difference between long-term goals and short-term goals?
The difference between a long term goal and a short term goal is that a long term goal is a goal you set to accomplish in a long time period. However, in a short goal time period is a goal you set to accomplish in a short time period. Example of a long-term goal would be being a good father; in the meantime you have to grow up and be mature enough over the years so when that time come you will be ready. An example of a short time goal is not being sexually active for two weeks.
